We are looking for Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers to join our team in Adelaide to deliver valuable Transaction Advisory and Corporate Advisory Services to a diverse range of quality clients. You will gain invaluable experience working within our clients’ business, gaining commercial experience, and assisting them in undertaking corporate transactions or in their pursuit for growth.
As part of our Transaction Advisory Services, you will be responsible for researching, analysing and interpreting data and providing support across M&A, capital raising, valuations and financial modelling engagements. You will perform financial and strategic analysis as required and you will regularly liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. You will interact with our client’s c-suite and present to boards as required. With exposure to a range of transactions for clients in a variety of industries, you will have the opportunity to participate in all stages of a transaction, working closely with the Directors.
Our Corporate Advisory Services will give you insight into the operations of our clients, whereby you will assist in: managing a finance team; cash flow and working capital management; completing the month end process to ensure accurate financial reporting; preparing and presenting management and board reporting; budgeting and reforecasting; and attend meetings with the client’s c-suite and board.

Your experience and skills
- Depending on the level, a Minimum 2 to 10 years accounting related experience, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm
- CA qualification (or near completion)
- Financial analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with advanced report writing skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work within a collaborative and inclusive workplace with a strong team spirit attitude
- Ability to build and maintain positive and trusting relationships with clients, other advisors and the broader business community
- Strong project management abilities
- Proven ability to deliver above and beyond client service.
